Cutie Pie Be Mine

For Retro Cafe Art thought I'd continue on the pink theme...I promise tomorrow something completely different! LOL. Here's another Cutie Pie card for Valentine's Day. The cutie pie image is from the Hello Dollie2 collage sheet. I layered her on a pink background that was stenciled using the RCA heart stencil with red and pale blue acrylic paint. Some glitter swirls and a heart, two candy heart stamps,  Stickles accents and a big pink bow  and she was all done.
