Here's a simple little card I made using my favorite Tim Holtz Kraft Resist paper from the
Flying Unicorn Store.
Flying Unicorn also has a social site too. Here you can meet an incredibly talented Creative Team and look at their work for loads of inspiration. The motto is friends, inspiration, laughter and fun. There are challenges that always have RAK prizes. There's lots to learn too from tutorials to ideas on organizing your supplies. Come on over and visit.
Well, I love the way watercolor paints reacts with this paper in a subtle way. I cut the butterflies from this paper and added Stickles for shine. There's a rick rack border, a sprinkle of rhinestones and finally I stamped it with "Lovely Day."
Hope you are having a lovely day today!
artfully yours, gerri

ReplyDeleteIt is now my turn to apologise for not keeping up-to-date with your art.
The most gorgeous, subtle colours and the butterflies are the most wonderful touch.

Aren't you clever. I liked how you added the butterflies around her face. Great look, and creative! Guess we're out to look for a new/used car soon. 1st the PC then the car...I probably shouldn't bother asking "what's next?". LoL
ReplyDeleteGreat idea framing her this way... beautiful! I never realized before how much she looks like Mary Tyler Moore!
