If you are like me , you collect little bits of paper, buttons and shiny tidbits. I particularly can't throw away garment tags. Since I was in the fashion clothing business, I know how much time and work goes into them. But as a paper artist it's where I am able to give them their second life!
For Retro Cafe Art , I took three tags and painted them with acrylic paint, them stamped them and added orange roses. The cRetro Cafe Art cutouts are a bat, masks, mini frame, web and a spider. Of course there is black glitter and black lace too. I let the tag cords just as I found them!

Hi Gerri! Love your recycled tags...I love keeping my old tags too. But I used to work for a Fashion Designer and sometimes I just can't bring myself to alter them. LoL. Since moving I've had to downsize, and now. I'm wishing I had altered a lot more. =)
