And now for something completely different....Let's go to a Christmas Circus!
I made this fun project to celebrate my very first giveaway sponsored by Retro Cafe Art..... so how do you win the $25 Gift Certificate to Retro Cafe Art Gallery? Well, it's easy. Go to the Retro Cafe Art Gallery Facebook page, like it, and let her know Gerri sent you! Then just leave a comment here on my blog telling me that you did that and what your favorite thing from the Retro Cafe Art Gallery store is!
The giveaway will remain open for a week through Monday, December 10. The winner will be announced on my blog on Tuesday December 11th and you will have 48 hours to claim the prize. After 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn. This giveaway is open worldwide, as it is a gift certificate with a set amount.
So using the Retro Cafe Art Circus Shrine Stage I created a fantasy winter wonderland by painting it red and gold and adding Red and Green Stickles. The background is some gold and red fiber ribbon and the ground is ivory cotton batting with glitter snow.
I adore Retro Cafe Arts cut outs, it makes creating so quick, no fussy cutting needed. These Retro Cafe Art Circus Cut outs were detailed with Christmas colors and Stickles accents too. I cut the clowns legs so he could ride on the zebra or the elephant. I put them on the Theater character stands which makes them stand up! I will be adding new characters as time goes by and will show them to you.
Here's all the characters, props and the stage..... I love the giant snowball the elephant is standing on. LOL. I added reindeer antlers to the zebra!
These are details on the cute bottle brush trees that I used for the props. I topped them with tiny stars from the Star Mix Cutouts and put them on red pointy sequin bases.
Here's all the characters, props and the stage..... I love the giant snowball the elephant is standing on. LOL. I added reindeer antlers to the zebra!
Here's the completed Christmas Project. I think I'll have fun moving my little characters around during the holidays!
This last shot is just a close up so you can see my silly clown!
