To make this sign. I stenciled Retro Cafe Arts's Retro rainbow over the clouds on some black and white graphic paper. I added the colored metal alphabet tags to say "Sunny Day" and tied them with two different color RCA twine. This was layered on blue and yellow paper and accented with RCA red washi heart tape. Some red rhinestones and Stickles accents finished it off.
