To make this card, I started with a gelli printed background. I layered the printed plastic swirls and the Gecko Galz sweet vinatge image from the Snow time digital collage . The snowflakes, rhinestones and glitter accents came next. The last thing added was the sentiment..."Happy Holidays."

To make these cards I start with a background whether  spraying a branch stencil or thowing some around. The images from Gecko Galz come next, some layered on pattern paper. The images are from the Dark Dreams or Witches Digital  Collage sheet at Gecko Galz at Etsy. The embellishments come next shreaded paper, glitter bats, brooms, hats, skeletons, cats, bones and a cauldron come next. The last step is the Sentiments and then pen, paint or Stickles glitter for final accents.

 As the featured artist on Gecko Galz today.... I will share a little Autumn Calling themed cards that I created using Gecko Galz images from the Autumn Splendor To make all my cards, for me, its all about layers. I have found that you need a minimum of 5 layers to make what I consider a complete card of visual and dimensional interest. I include the background paper, layered Gecko Galz image, embellishments of flowers, leaves, rhinestones, The sentiment,  and finally the stamping, paint, and Stickles glitter. What do you think?

I have found that you need a minimum of 5 layers to make what I consider a complete card of visual and dimensional interest. I include paper, embellishments, stamping, paint, and glitter. To make this greeting card, I layer the Gecko Galz Summer Romance image and the enjoy the little things tag on a brown paper card. I over stamped the trees next. The bear, fire, lantern,mountain and moose were hand stamped, colored and then fussy cut. They were glued to the card for the final touch.

Enjoy the outdoors this wee!
