Deck the Halls Gecko Galz Tags

Hello Friends,
Today at gecko galz we are continuing our "Deck the Halls" projects. I am showing two ornaments that I will hang on my tree. You could also use them as pretty gift topper too. I started with a snowflake stamped blue tag and layered different cut out snow flakes, the Gecko Gal angel images were on top. Some white Pom poms, sparkly ribbon fiber, Stickles glitter, snowflake garland and the sentiment and I was all set.

December Snow Queen Tags

Today I am the featured artist at Gecko Galz  blog. Our inspiration theme this month is to make other Holiday items instead of just cards. I made two tags  with wide ribbon that could also be used as ornaments  tied to  your tree. To make these I used the Gecko Galz collage sheet Snow Queens and layered them on different painted paper snow flakes and attached them to a bog tag.Water color, white ink and Stickles were the last layers. A wide ribbon was the final touch.

Snow Queen Challenge at Gecko Galz

Hello friends,

This month at Gecko Galz there is a Snow Queen Challenge. I have made this ornament for your inspiration using an image from the Snow Queen collage sheet.

I layered it on a rosette, felt snowflake, glitter snowflakes, paper snowflake and a tag. The embellishments were watercolor, stickles and white ink. Enjoy.

 To Make these I started with printed card stock and added a layered Gecko Galz image from Retro Christmas Ladies. The embellishments are glitter ornaments and a glitter branch. The sentiments came last.

The day of the Dead is Oct 31 till Nov 2nd, I adore this holiday it is described as

Beware Gecko Galz October 2018 Design Team Cards

Today I am featured at the Gecko Galz Website. Of course since it is October my cards using Gecko Galz Dark Arts and Costume Party  collage sheets are Halloween Themed. You do know that Halloween is my favorite holiday..... Come take a look at these boo-tiful creations. To make these cards: I start with a pattern card stock background and add the Gecko Galz Images, fiber ribbon, a tiny bat, Stickles glitter and watercolor paint. The final step is the sentiment...."Beware and Eek".

Here is a greeting card I created for your inspiration. To make this card, I started with the Skull and added the the Ouija board letters for the eye sockets and the Gecko Galz witch on top. It was embellished with glitter, zig zag, watercolors and the sentiment Bootiful Halloween.

Serenity and Inspire ATC Gecko Galz Designer Spotlight

Today I am featured at Gecko Galz as the highlighted Designer. I am sharing 2 ATCs -Artist Trading Cards made with the Gecko Galz Design Sheet called "Tres Chic" for your inspiration.  I like to call these 3D ATCs, since they have added embellishments that include netting, rhinestones, slowers, lace and a label that make the tiny cards pop out. The titles are inspire and Serenity. I also included the Pink card that was part of this months Customer Challenge. Come on over and join the fun.

Below is my inspiration card for this challenge.

Pink is more than a color, it's an attitude!

To make this card I started with striped card stock, added lace and fussy cut out the Gecko Galz image on the top. The embellishments include pink roses, ribbons silver scrolls and silver Stickles.

Gecko Galz August 2018 Featured Designer

Today my art friends,  I am featured at the Gecko Galz blog, come check it out! You will find a free gif tie there of a free image.I am providing some inspiration with these 3 greeting cards. My greeting cards follow the same formula,  I started with a gelli printed or solid background, layered papers and a  Bingo card. On top of this was Gecko Galz image from the collage sheet s called Summmer Sweeties, Vintage Summer(black and white) or Aloha.The embellishments include ribbons, a 3d straw hat/flower /seashell, pearls, tags and of course Stickles.

My greeting card called "Wherever you go be ...Sassy," is for your inspiration. I started with a gelli printed background, layered papers and a Sassy Bingo card. On top of this was Gecko Galz image from the collage sheet called Aloha 2. The embellishments include ribbon, a 3d straw hat and of course Stickles.

Hello Friends,
Today I am featured as a designer at Gecko Galz. I am sharing with you several  cards with the theme of travel using the "Postcards from Abroad" collage sheet from Gecko Galz. Come visit us and share in the fun. My formula for making cards is to start with a base layer of paper that can be printed or painted. Next layer more papers and add the Gecko Galz image on top. The embellishments come next like flowers, rhinestones, ribbons or German scrap. The sentiment comes last with lots of glitter highlights. Now its time for you to try it!

To make this card I layered pattern paper and added the New York Image from Gecko Galz. On top of that was some stamping, water color accents and some copper german scrap. The flowers and the sentiment came last.
