April Pastel Gecko Galz

Here are my Gecko Galz design team projects for the month of April. As you can see its all about Easter. I didn't make too many Easter cards this year, so only a few special people will receive them in person, but I can share these with everyone.

The  first  card is my favorite for the April customer challenge called "Easter Fairy"

The fairy image with the pretty Easter Egg was fussy cut from the Gecko Galz Easter Parade sheet. She was layered on tulle, a velum tag, sage patterned paper, white eyelet paper and then the pastel painted card stock. The embellishments include pastel flower confetti, crochet edges and gold Stickles. The gold sentiment reads Easter Greetings. 

The next piece is called "bunny with wheel barrow"

I used the bunny with wheel barrow image from the Easter Icons 2 Gecko Galz collection and layered it on a Patel water colored paper doilie and pink flower cut out. This was put on a Aqua and pink card stock base that was also painted. Embellishments include pink German scrap from Retro Cafe Art, Stickles and a Happy Easter stamped sentiment.

The final card is  titled "Mr Red Bunny"

Mr red bunny Is taken from the Gecko Galz Easter Icon 2 collection and layered on a striped painted base, some paper from the Flower Power Pack and a red doilie. The embellishments include pink sparkle ribbon trim, Stickles and a stamped Happy Easter sentiment.
