Happy New Year, my friends.
Today I am featured at Gecko Galz Designs with these cards I created using Gecko Galz collage sheets.  This month the customer challenge is "Let it snow." My first card titled " Best Wishes " was shown for  inspiration on the 1st.  Funny, it will be unusually cold the next few nights into the 20's, some of my friends here are wishing for snow! Hey, I moved south so I wouldn't deal with snow. LOL.

For the contest: there is only one rule, and that is you need to use at least ONE  product from Gecko Galz!!It can be one of the free products, stamps, collage images, or digital papers!!  It is up to you!!The winner will receive a $25 Gecko Galz Shopping Spree.We can't wait to see your creations!! You have until 11:55pm Eastern time on January 30th to play along! You can link up your creations at Gecko Galz or send a photo of your project to us at geckogalz2014@gmail.com.

Winter Frost Tag for Gecko Galz

Hello Friends,
Hope you had a Merry Christmas and are enjoying this holiday season. Continuing with the Month of Christmas Tags for Gecko Galzs here is a tag I call "Winter Frost ".  It is fun to make tags they can be used for so many things, gift tags, decorations or even in place of greeting cards.  Here are directions to make tag:

Cover a plain tag with wood grain paper.  Layer  another tag with plaid fabric  with a sewn button. Cut out the Gecko Galz image of this sledding couple  from Little Christmas Icon sheet and add the words Merry Christmas and fills the winter air. Add the embellishments of  netting, a metal nutcracker, green roping and a rope tie. The finishing touches are red  and gold Glitter Stickles and frosted snow accents.

Paint a plain tag with red, green and blue paint and markers. Layer cut our ribbon strips and red Dresden scrap scallop edges and then red netting. Cut out Gecko Galz images including this  little fellow  from Little Christmas Icon sheet, a Christmas music sheet and the words Christmas Song. Add the embellishments of a candy cane, ribbon tie and red bells. The finishing touches are red Glitter Stickles and watercolor paint accents.

Make Spirits Bright with a Merry Little Christmas Tag from Gecko Galz

Paint a spotted tag plain tag with green and blue paint . Layer cut our gold  strips and gold fiber , finally blue netting. Cut out Gecko Galz image of this precious angel and add the words Merry Little Christmas. The finishing touches are  the gold fiber tie, gold Glitter Stickles and watercolor paint accents.

Paint a plain tag with white and sprinkle with pink glitter. Layer  a  large white snowflake, pink ribbon strips , pink Dresden scrap  and white fiber  and then white netting. Cut out Gecko Galz images including this  little sweetheart   from Little Christmas Icon sheet, and the words Making Spirts Bright.  The finishing touches are silver  Glitter Stickles  accents.

Christmas Retro Cafe Art Projects

Today I am sharing some  Christmas projects I made from Retro Cafe Art products.

              The first is a metal Christmas tree in a little wreath  and the second is  a deer head ATC. 

Both were easy little projects that I will use to decorate this Christmas time.
