Cutie Pie Angel

Here is a little assemble piece inside a metal heart. The most adorable angle figure is from Retro Cafe Art. I call it cutie pie...I used a tiny primitive angle , little mushrooms and a tiny fairy head from RCA. Other items are a plastic flower, metal heart, words, bling and a bow.
Hope you like my little cutie pie today!

make the fairy card:
I layered numerous navy and copper papers on to card stock that was watercolored with blue paint. The Gecko  Galz fairy image was painted with copper paint and high lighted with copper Stickles. The textured fabric flowers were painted with blue and copper to match. The flower centers are blue rhinestones for a bit of shine.

To make the Merry Christmas card:
Using a green glitter card stock card, I layered a piece of green tulle under the white textured paper and the sweet Gecko Galz image. The image is from the "Little Christmas Ladies". The embellishments include: a tiny bow, snowflakes with green brads and green rhinestones. The edges were covered with a hand painted vellum green and white border.

To make the Gifts are Given card:
Starting with white card stock, striped paper then red and green glitter paper were layered to create dimension. It was topped with a darling image from the Gecko Galz collage sheet called "little ChristmasLadies"The embellishments include vellum red and white trim, a gold fabric bow, rhinestones, glitter Stickles accents and a tag that reads gifts were given.

Day of the Dead

Today for Day of the Dead, here is card that I will be sending out to a special friend! Hope it doesn't scare them too much.  I painted the design on the Retro Cafe Art flat Sugar skull and applied it to a card and added a striking white border. It's one of my favorites this season.

Hope you enjoy your Day of the Dead and think fondly of those who are no longer with us.
Take care,
Gerri
